Animal Of Note: Bonobos

Bonobo chimpanzee, gracile ape, lesser chimpanzee, or pygmy chimpanzee; chimpanzeé nain or chimpanzeé pygmée (French); chimpancé pigmeo (Spanish); bonobo or dvärgschimpans (Swedish). Along with chimpanzees, Bonobos are humankind's closest relatives. Their habitat is only ONE country:  the Democratic Republic of Congo. They are the last great ape species to be discovered, and, due to their being critically endangered, especially due to poaching, they could be the first primates to go extinct. Apart from being poached, can there be any thing else as merciless and cruel being done on these very harmless animals? Keeping them as pets is.
